The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I booked the less expensive mountain view room, and they gave me the sea view room with no extra charge. They also added a crib for free for my baby.

Great location. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Maya (the most beautiful lady in Jounieh 😀), Rita and Charlie, thank you so much for everything. The room was very clean with a nice sea view. The chef offered a delicious breakfast with a combination of Lebanese and European food. Their Lebanese coffee is a must to try!

Where do I begin... Everything about this hotel is extraordinary. The staff are sooooo friendly, Maya, Mostafa, Mohamad, Elie and Daniel are all friendly , helpful and professional. From my experience, I say this is the best hotel in Jounieh and the surrounding. Tasty food, lovely terrace, even the other guests are classy. They have two restaurants. In our room I could see the mountain and the beach at the same time, which is great. The most important thing is that you feel welcomed from the first second you arrive to the hotel Highly recommended

Excellent location in Jounieh with close by facilities like paragliding and walkable to Harisa cableway. Breakfast was good with variety and served in room without extra charge if you ask it. Also the WiFi was fast and I had good signal in my room. Personnel were very kind and attending the requests of the guests.Its a value for money establishment in that location! I also had a free upgrade in my room based on availability of the hotel upon my arrival!

Very good location for the self-driving traveller, roughly in the middle of the coastal strip, easy access to the north/south coast motorway, and a very good, quiet road over the mountain to the Beqa from the same access junction. Sea view rooms overlook green spaces, with a few high rise apartment blocks. Bed comfortable.

The location of the hotel is amazing with the proximity to the beach, harissa, Beirut and other places to see. The staff of the hotel is very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The Lebanese breakfast that is served in the hotel very good and well-rounded. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely consider it for my future stays.

The location is perfect. It is next to main destinations in Beirut, Harissa, and byblos. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the sea view from our room and we had a good night sleep. They provided us with a baby crib which was really nice. The breakfast was good and we felt very welcomed at the hotel. There is a free parking spot infront of the hotel and we had a nice stay in jounieh.

The breakfast was out of my expectations! Big portions and great diversity of products. The personnel were really talkative and helpful, I could ask them of any of my troubles or questions to get support, which is so important if you are the first time in a country. There are a lot of gorgeous places in Lebanon I've visited, and a lot more I haven't managed to.

The staff were so nice and cooperative specifically Maya at the reception, she is the sweetest. The view was great even though We were staying only in level 2. The location was also great you can get to many places by walking, didnt need to use a taxi at all. Prices were good, the best price We got in this area.
